Anyone who doesn’t know how to swim may not use the slides
With regard to Article 1, the child’s responsibility lies with the family member, legal guardian or companion
The umbrellas, tables and chairs are available free of charge until they run out
Lockers and sunbeds can be rented at the dedicated counter
To rent a locker, an ID must be presented
The management declines all responsibility for valuables left in lockers and for any items left unattended in the park.
To safeguard the hygienic conditions of the swimming pools water and the health of the swimmers, the use of showers and foot washers is mandatory before accessing the solarium
In case of dangerous weather conditions or for any other situation that may cause danger to guests, the management reserves the right to close the park at any time without having to pay any refund to visitors
It is forbidden to bring glass or metal containers into the park, to run, to engage in dangerous games, to play ball in the pools or on any green areas for the safety of others, to dive into any pool, to go down the slides wearing glasses or any kind of accessories, and to bring animals into the park, even small ones.
All attractions are subject to a regulation that may limit their access according to height and health conditions. Guests must always check the rules to be respected at the entrance of each attraction and must comply with the provisions of the employees.
The entrance ticket SHALL NOT be refunded under any circumstances (Article 74 of Presidential Decree no. 633/72). The ticket must be kept and displayed in the event of a customary check
You are allowed to leave the Park and return on the same day by getting a stamp on your hand (from the staff at the entrance). In the absence of such a stamp, access is no longer permitted.
Due to maintenance problems, lack of electricity or in case of bad weather or rain, some attractions or swimming pools may be unavailable for short or prolonged periods. In all such cases, there is NO partial or total refund of the ticket whatsoever, nor validation of the same for another date. In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions given by the Acqua Village staff.
In the park and on all the attractions, photographs are taken for sale as souvenir photos of the day. Unbought photos will be deleted.
In the event of harassing behaviour or non-compliance with one or more articles of these regulations, the person may be removed from the park without any compensation being due.
