The Makai pool is open and available to all park visitors.
The spots with umbrella, loungers, and safety box are reserved exclusively for those who have purchased dedicated access.
Entry to the reserved area is managed through a personal identification wristband, which must be worn throughout your stay.
Spots cannot be changed once they have been assigned.
Each spot includes: 1 umbrella, 2 loungers, and a safety box located next to the umbrella.
It is not permitted to add extra loungers and/or chairs to the spot.
Makai Beach is a non-smoking area.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, except in designated smoking areas.
Playing with sand, using buckets, shovels, or beach toys is not allowed.
Throwing sand into the water is strictly prohibited.
Ball games, throwing objects, and any loud or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
The Makai pool has a maximum depth of 1.10 meters.
Access is not allowed for anyone who cannot swim.
Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
Entry to the Makai pool is only permitted through the foot wash basin.
It is forbidden to spread towels on the sand to reserve space or cover surfaces.
The use of inflatables, air mattresses, and bulky items is not allowed.
Glass objects are strictly prohibited.
Access to the area is monitored by our staff to ensure compliance with the rules.
Responsibility for any reckless behavior by a minor lies with their parent, legal guardian, or accompanying adult.
Management is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unattended personal items.
In case of bad weather or technical needs, access to the area may be suspended without refund.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the area.
